1.產品介紹 Product Introduction
深雲基 LTCC 材料可用於製備高頻下使用電子元器件，擁有良好的加工塑性，可製得厚 度 5 mils（125 μm），寬度 12 inches(304.8mm)，可根據客戶需求可定製厚度和寬度。瓷帶和 與之配套的貴金屬導電漿料優異的相容性，以及獨特的高頻下低介電常數低損耗特性使其成 為先進封裝應用的首選材料。
我司現主要生產兩大系列產品：D6M 系列與 D6S 系列。D6S 系列主要應用於 5G 通訊、 汽車電子等民用領域，系列所用生瓷膜與銀漿體系共燒。我司關鍵材料知識體系自主可控， 體系完整。
ShenYunji LTCC materials system can be used to prepare electronic components for highfrequency use, which is performing good prosessing plasticity, capable of producing thickness of 5mils (125 μm) and width of 12 inches(304.8mm), and the thickness and width can be customizedaccording to customer needs. The excellent compatibility of ceramic tape and accompanying metalconductive paste, its unique low dielectric constant and low loss characteristics under high-frequencymake it the preferred material for advanced packaging applications.
Our company is now mainly engaged in the production of two series of products: D6M and D6S.D6S is mainly used in civil fields such as 5G communication and automotive electronics, co-firingof the green ceramic film and silver paste system used in the series. The key material knowledgesystem is self-controlled and complete.

4. 保存方法 Storage and Shelf life
請保存在一個陰涼、幹燥的環境中，避免陽光直射。最佳使用年限：12個月
Tightly capped containers, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Properly stored material will have a shelf life of 12 months.
